Career opportunities within DIQQ

As a resourcer within DIQQ you will be fully responsible for the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates. You will make sure that you find out everything about the candidate on a work-related level. After you have spoken to the candidate and he or she is interested, then you can introduce the candidate to a client. Once you have fully mastered this, you will be eligible to grow into a consultant position. As a consultant you will be primarily responsible for acquisition of new clients. Besides the focus on candidates, you will be more involved in maintaining customer relations, advising and entering new collaborations. A great step in your career!  

After all, recruitment is a commercial job that requires a lot of guts and perseverance. That is to say: wanting to do everything to satisfy both the client and the candidate. Eventually, you will notice that the end result will lead to a lot of motivation and (work) happiness. Of course, things can also go differently. That is not the time to throw in the towel, but to keep your back straight and your chin up. Giving up is not an option. Falling and getting up is just part of life.  

My experience

Before starting my recruitment career, I spent 5 years working as a manager for several clothing brands. The commercial interest has always been in me. After 5 years I wanted to do something else and through a good friend of mine I got into recruitment. Making people happy is what I like to do. Supporting, giving advice and maintaining a long-term relationship are important to me.

At DIQQ I started as a resourcer. My ambition was to grow to consultant, and I succeeded. On January 1st I started in my new position. As I indicated earlier, this does not just happen overnight. But given the current IT market and the opportunities that companies offer, in my case DIQQ, there are many chances to grow. As long as you believe in yourself and are willing to give it your all!
