We are a specialist in cutting-edge middleware solutions, caters to a diverse clientele.

As the Leading Developer in Our Team

As the head of development, your role will be to conceptualise, craft, and deploy middleware solutions customised to meet our clients' specific needs. Collaborating closely with the architect, you'll conduct in-depth analyses of the existing applications and fundamental processes within their clients' organisations. You will be leading a team of 5 FTEs and 5 external collaborators.

Your role calls for a unique blend of technical skills, strategic awareness, and effective communication. These elements are essential for delivering top-notch consulting services. You'll need to demonstrate leadership skills by offering guidance and support to fellow developers while actively contributing to hands-on development.

Sample Projects:

• Creating a centralised platform for managing customer data, linking multiple applications for media distribution.
• Developing a comprehensive portal that facilitates communication among event stakeholders, organizers, exhibitors, and visitors. The portal features include single sign-on (SSO), a centralised database, and an optimised registration process.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with Python, Gitlab & Docker.
• Good to have: Experience with Vue.js, Kubernetes, Linux, Azure, Django, and FastAPI.
• Experience in leading a team.
  

What they offer

This is based on 32-hour workweek:

• Salary between €4,800 and €5,600 gross per maand (based on 32-hours).
• Hybride working environment.
• 20 holidays and flexibility with public holidays.
• Business laptop (which can be used for personal use/at clients).
• A net compensation of €500 per month, which you can spend as you see fit, (travel expenses, telephone, a pension plan or training)
