DIQQ is continuously looking for new talent. As a resourcer, you actively approach IT professionals for both internal and external vacancies. You will work with a team of experienced recruitment consultants and resourcers who will be happy to teach you the tricks of the job. It is therefore not necessary to have any relevant work experience for this role. Besides, in your first week, we will provide an intensive training programme that will prepare you for the position. After this week, you will learn how to do your work in a way that suits you best.

DIQQ was founded in 2017 and started as a small IT recruitment organisation in the southeast of Amsterdam. After outgrowing the office, DIQQ moved to the centre of Amsterdam (Rokin), where the team continues to grow rapidly. By now, we have become an established name with over 20 dedicated IT Recruitment Consultants.

Your tasks and responsibilities
To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter. Whether or not we keep growing as an organisation depends on the quality of people who work here. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be engaged in recruiting and selecting commercial starters (HBO) for DIQQ and Proteqt. You are good at networking, which helps you build up a relationship with colleges and think about Employer Branding. As a corporate recruiter, you will have a crucial role in realising the growth ambitions (to double in size in 2 years) of DIQQ and our sister company Proteqt.
